About

Who we are and how this site is funded

is an independent resource covering memory, age-related cognitive decline, and the nutrition research behind them. We are not a pharmaceutical company, a medical institution, or a government health agency, and we are not affiliated with any.

What We Do

We research and summarize publicly available information so readers can make informed decisions about cognitive-support supplements. Where we reference a study, a retraction, or a product label, we describe it plainly enough that you can go verify it yourself rather than take our word for it.

A large part of what we cover is the gap between what a supplement label advertises and what its supplement facts panel actually lists. That gap is legal, common, and rarely explained to the buyer — and in the honey-and-cinnamon category it is the single most useful thing a shopper can learn to check.

Editorial Independence & Disclosure

This site is supported by affiliate relationships. When you purchase a product through a link on this site, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not influence what we publish. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical advice. Memory changes can have many causes, some of them serious and some of them treatable. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, diet, or supplementation — especially if you take prescription medication, or if you have been prescribed lithium in any form.

If memory changes are sudden, rapid, or accompanied by confusion about time and place, that is a reason to see a doctor promptly — not a reason to try a supplement.
